You can take Amtrak to Ephrata, Washington. You can walk to the airport from the station. But, better to land with your aerobatic airplane and participate in the Apple Cup.

Ephrata is in central Washington State, across the coastal mountains to the East of Seattle, on the Northwest edge of the agricultural portion of the state, which is otherwise mountainous. Spokane, pronounced Spoke-Ann, is about a hundred miles East-Northeast of Ephrata. Mount Ranier is about a hundred miles West-Southwest. Mount Baker and Snoqualmie National Forest are about a hundred miles West-Northwest.

Each year, the membership of the IAC nominates outstanding volunteers to be recognized for their contribution to the sport of aerobatics.

This is an excellent opportunity to give recognition to an outstanding IAC member who spends their valuable time volunteering for the benefit of many.  Let's recognize our unsung heroes for 2013!

Draft minutes of IAC's March 2014 board meeting and follow-on April 2014 teleconference are posted on the IAC website.

A summary of of member-facing resolutions is also available.

IAC members voted to adopt the board-proposed correction to the club's By-laws.  Voting ended on April 10.  The tally was 237 in favor, 4 opposed.
