November 20, 2025

The official 2026 Known sequences that were approved at the IAC board of directors fall meeting last week have been published and are available for viewing. They can be found HERE or by going to the 'COMPETE' tab at the top of the IAC website, then clicking on 'SEQUENCES' in the dropdown menu.

The sequences are separated by power and glider and by competition categories. All sequences can be downloaded from the sequences page.

The IAC and the entire aerobatics community is saddened at the news of Warren Cilliers having passed away on November, 8th, 2025 after an aerobatics accident at the Keystone Heights Airport in Starke, Florida. 

Warren was an exceptional aerobatic pilot, a talented mechanic, and great friend to many in the aerobatics and aviation community.  Warren was an active IAC member and left a lasting impact on many aspiring aerobatics pilots across all experience levels. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with Warren's family and loved ones.

The submission deadline for IAC members to propose changes to the IAC Official Contest Rules for the 2026 contest season have now been compiled. The annual U.S. National Aerobatic Championships began with Opening Ceremonies on Sunday, September 28 in Salina Kansas. The championships end on Friday, October 3.
Record attendance this year! 113 pilots are vying for a championship title in five categories: Primary, Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced and Unlimited.
