SCOTT POEHLMANN – AUSTIN, TX I have been flying (I hate to say this) for over 20 years, and been a member of the IAC and an active competitor at Sportsman and Intermediate levels since 1997. I have been honored to serve as Chair of Human Factors, and have been moderately successful in encouraging some real research into the issues that affect civilian aerobatic pilots. The IAC Board of Directors is requesting comments on the following motions carried at the Fall Board of Directors meeting held October 23-24, 2003 in Oshkosh, WI.
