IAC members voted to adopt the board-proposed correction to the club's By-laws.  Voting ended on April 10.  The tally was 237 in favor, 4 opposed.

Important: As you may have heard, a critical security flaw was recently discovered in commonly-used Internet security software. This software is used by 66% of all secured web sites worldwide, including www.iac.org.

We addressed the issue by installing the software fix and replacing our SSL certificate. In addition, the system will force all site editors and administrators…
