Congratulations to Brian Branscomb (IAC #434600) and Dave Williams (IAC #436366) for being the first to earn certification as IAC Regional Judges in the 2015 season. Both attended last month's Palo Alto, California "Introduction to Aerobatic Judging" course taught by Doug Hansmann and Dave Watson. In celebration of the 70th anniversary of the first test flight of the Pitts S-1, speakers at the IAC Pavilion will cover subjects in their forums that are "Pitts-Centric". The 2015 version of the IAC Official Contest Rules is now available for download. The rules have just been finalized by Brian Howard, Chairman of the IAC Rules Committee, in cooperation with the members of the Committee.
Proposals for the 2015 contest year were considered by the Committee and submitted to the IAC Board of Directors for their review and approval when the Board met in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on November 12 and 13, 2014.
