Several things can foul up the currency and certification processes and will have to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. These include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Changing a member's IAC number. This can happen if someone renews after their membership has expired.
- Joining IAC after attending Judges School. If that happens, edit the Judges School record and add the member's name to the list of students.
- Bad or missing data in JaSPer.
- Failure to enter a complete list of attendees for each Judge's School (responsibility of the school's coordinator.)
