THE GROUP BLOCK AT FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES IS NOW FULLY BOOKED AND THE GROUP BLOCK FOR HAWTHORNE SUITES HAS EXPIRED. I will try to get an extension for the the Hawthorne, but no guarantees.
There are two official contest hotels. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is near the airport and the other is Hawthorn Suites in dowtown Rome.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Rome has a special group rate $149 for a King and $159 for a Double Queen. Reservations have 72 hour cancellation policy. RENTAL CARS
Rental Cars have been arranged with AutoMax. 20 Cars will be delivered to the airport. The cars will be rented on site from the FBO desk, first come, first served. They will deliver more cars if needed. Cars will be picked up and returned at FBO. Rates are approximately $50/day but will depend on specific vehicle.
