Contest dates are May 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Registration will begin on Wednesday May 1st and Thursday, May 2nd. Please Pre-register!! It really helps us to plan the contest and reduces workload on volunteers. Credit cards are accepted at the contest.
Practice will be Saturday, April 27th through Thursday May 2nd. There will be a few pilots available for critique during the practice days.
All power categories will be flown. Entry fees: Primary $120, Sportsman/Intermediate/Advanced and Unlimited $150. First time Primary and Sportsman entry fees are waived.
Hotel reservations can be made at Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel, formerly Chateau Elan, 863-655-7200, mention IAC23 for contest rate. Also available, Inn on the Lakes 888-557-1737, La Quinta 863-386-1000. Prices vary.
Hangar space is available. First come, first served basis. $15/night. Please email me at Christopher.magon@gmail.com to get on the list.
Car rentals are available through the FBO at 863-655-6455.
Recreational Vehicle parking is available at the airport.
Wednesday Night: Welcome Party at the airport sponsored by Chapter 23 with Beer, wine and food.
Friday Night Ramp Party with food, beer and wine for $15/person.
Saturday Night will be our awards banquet at the Sevens Hotel, formerly Chateau Elan Hotel. $40/person with dinner and Bozo award!!
