One of three boxes containing ballots and proxy cards disappeared during shipment from IAC headquarters to IAC's Nominations and Ballot Certification chair.  As a result, the IAC board has decided to rerun the election.

Directors and officers normally installed at the annual membership meeting at AirVenture will instead take office immediately upon completion of the election in mid-October.  Meanwhile, current directors and officers will continue to serve.
