Congratulations to Brian Branscomb (IAC #434600) and Dave Williams (IAC #436366) for being the first to earn certification as IAC Regional Judges in the 2015 season. Both attended last month's Palo Alto, California "Introduction to Aerobatic Judging" course taught by Doug Hansmann and Dave Watson.
