Contest Paperwork Requirements

Within two weeks after the contest, mail the following to IAC HQ: 

  International Aerobatic Club, P.O. Box 3086, Oshkosh, WI 54903-3086    

  • Official Contest Results, including all files from the IAC scoring software.
  • Copies of all waivers, entry forms, and tech inspections.
  • Protest Forms. Send a copy of each protest including the Jury's decision.
  • Changed Unknowns. Send in any Unknown sequences that were changed for any reason.
  • Copies of Aircraft Review Forms and Pilot document Review Forms for all competitors.
  • Sanction Fee. Currently $65 per pilot as stated in the contest sanction letter.

The hosting chapter is required to keep copies of these records for at least 1 year.

Additional information:

  1. Before pilots can fly into the box, even on a practice day, they must sign any and all waivers, complete the tech inspection, and submit a signed registration form. This is required by IAC’s insurance carrier.
  2. Ensure your data is correct and entered it into JaSPer accurately. It demands a great deal of time and effort by IAC volunteers to track down and fix errors once entered.
  3. When you apply for your contest insurance, be sure to include the date(s) for your practice days.
