Happening NOW! - the Mark Fullerton Memorial Bear Creek Bash in Rome, Georgia (Southeast Region) and the Lone Star Aerobatic Championship in Sherman Texas (South Central Region)! Top-placing participants in each Region must fly in at least 3 IAC sanctioned contest during the year to qualify for the Regional Series annual award.
The Mark Fullerton Memorial contest is the third in the Southeast region. Current Standings (with two contests completed) show the following leaders; Sportsman - Juliana Fraschetti 85.36%, Intermediate - Jerry Esquenzai 70.67%, and Advanced Marty Flournoy 76.94%.
The Lone Star Aerobatic Champoinship will be the second contest in the South Central region being flown. With one contest completed (the Early Bird) the leaders are: Sportsman - Bo Kalabus 80.22%, Intermediate - Doug Jenkins 82.82% and Advanced - Julia Wood 74.97%.
