Peggy Riedinger Chosen as judge for EAC 2021

At the CIVA Plenary meeting in November, Peggy Riedinger, IAC 433547, was chosen as a judge for the 2021 European Aerobatic Championships.  The championships take place August 21 to August 27 with the final Freestyle to be run on August 28, 2021. The EAC was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 and was moved forward a year. The event will remain in the original host country of Czech Republic to take place at Breclav Airfield (LKBA) Letiště.

Peggy is the recipient of the IAC’s Robert L. Heuer Award for Judging Excellence (2015) and the Harold Neumann Award for Outstanding Contribution as a Chief Judge (2018). She is an active volunteer, having served as Judge or Chief Judge at 55+ contests across the U.S. She has been Chief Judge at the US Nationals three times and in 2019 served as Intermediate Chief Judge in Salina, Kansas.

This will not be Peggy’s first foray into world competition judging. She has had an opportunity to judge at the British Nationals and been an Assistant U.S. Judge at four World Championships previously.
