At their Fall Board meeting on Saturday, September 14, the IAC Board awarded the "IAC Open Championship East" and "IAC Open Championship West" contests to IAC chapter 89, Ocala, Florida (East) and IAC chapter 12, Sterling Colorado (West). The aerobatic title contests were developed in 2013 to be hosted each year by one Eastern U.S. and one Western U.S. Regional chapter contest (East and West of the Mississippi River).
The IAC Open Championship East contest has been listed on the IAC Contest calendar. The contest will take place at the end of March 2021. See DETAILS.
The IAC Open Championship West contest has also been listed on the IAC Contest calendar. The contest will take place in the third week of August 2021. See DETAILS.
