The deadline for submission for IAC members to propose changes to the IAC Official Contest Rules for the 2019 contest season was July 1st. These have now been compiled in a 53 page document by IAC Rules Chair Brian Howard. Altogether, 46 proposals from the membership were received. Those comments must be received by October 1st, 2018. All comments will be compiled and submitted to the Board of Directors as a part of their agenda packages for their meeting in November. The Rules Committee will also present their recommendations on these proposals during that meeting as well.
