Last summer, members voted to revise IAC’s By-laws to improve the way our club operates.
However, the update contains a clerical error that changes the years in which directors are elected.¹ We’re not permitted to “just fix” this; we need members' approval to do that.

¹ The president, secretary and three directors should be elected in even-numbered years, the vice president, treasurer and four directors in odd-numbered years. The “even” and “odd” years were mistakenly swapped.
