Its the CAP-21

When production of the CAP 20L was suspended in July 1979, managers decided to improve its wing design. However, when the new wing was introduced, the overall design was tweaked to the point that a new designation (CAP 21) was used to designate the series.

Thank you for your guesses and special thanks to Carlo Sommacampagna who had this to share, “During Oshkosh 1980 WAC it (CAP 21) was flown by both Eric Müller, from Switzerland, and Louis Peña, the French test pilot.” The results from the10th World Aerobatic Championships show that these two CAP 21 pilots finished 9th and 10th.
