CONTEST CANCELED!
Unfortunately this weekends weather is looking ugly so the IAC Chapter 15 officers met this afternoon and after much soul searching decided that we are going to have to cancel this years contest.
Once again we will be back in Ottawa, Kansas for the Harold Neumann Barnstormer. Details to come but expect a really well run and fun contest. Come out and win one of our exciting new trophies! Once again the Aviation Explorers will be assisting us and will cook lunch both Friday and Saturday. We will have pizza Thursday and good KC style BBQ on Friday night. UPDATE 4/24/24: The above hotels have been sold out, as has been the entire city of Ottawa for the weekend of out contest. Please book a room at the Hampton Inn in Gardner, KS (913-856-2100) or the Super 8 in Gardner, KS (913-856-8887). This hotel is about 20 minutes away but I will be running a shuttle between the hotel and the airport. If you already have a room you should be ok.
