Thís is Chapter 35's annual Keene Fall Classic Aerobatic Contest. This is a one-day, one category (Sportsman), one flight contest intended to offer new competitors a taste of competition flying but without the commitment and expense of devoting an entire weekend. Pilots new to competition are especially welcome but we do welcome veteran pilots as well. Pilots of any category are welcome, and pilots may fly their daily driver. What we do is that we implement a handicap system based on the competitive category that the pilot normally flies. The handicap starts with Intermediate and extends through Unlimited, and is implemented by imposing a schedule of boundary penalties etc. on the Chief Judge's Penalty sheet. This levels the playing field for new/Sportsman pilots.
A handicap system will apply to Intermediate through Unlimited competitors, implemented as boundary penalties (etc.) on the Chief Judge's Penalty Sheet.
