UPDATE (5/28/21): We are aware of the NOTAM for fuel services at Coalinga, however rest assured that the fuel situation is figured out and we will be adequately supplied to support everyone flying in.
UPDATE (5/26/21): Banquet moved from Harris Ranch to the Elks Lodge in town at Coalinga. Room blocks setup for guests at the Best Western Plus right near the airport. To get the room block discount you must call and say you're with the IAC38 event.
Context: Hi all, for those familiar we've historically held our banquet at Harris Ranch and, because of that, we've worked with the hotel on rooms, etc. Harris unfortunately was not able to accommodate our banquet this year due to COVID-19 and were able to find another place in town. Given that we've updated our hotel for those that can and would like to change to the Best Western Plus. This is much more convenient to the airport and the banquet on Saturday so we highly recommend moving your room reservation over. Thank you all and can't wait to see everyone!
