Yooper Looper - CANCELED

This will be the first ever Yooper Looper, the T-shirt will be a collector's item. 
With the cancelation of AirVenture we decided to reschedule to July 24-26, we should all be ready for some fun by then.  Although we have been fortunate here in the UP with minimal pandemic impact we will require adherence to what are considered best practices (temperature checks at registration and briefs, masks in confined areas, social distancing, etc.).  Unfortunately, we also had to make the decision not to allow spectators into the contest area.  We had hoped for a somewhat community orientated event, there's  always next year.

Key points still include long term waiver within the KSAW Class D airspace (check out the image below), free hangar, discounted fuel, ground transportation, extremely supportive tower and airport management, amazing Boreal FBO support, media coverage, and more. For our Canadian friends, although SAW is named "International" there is no Customs available, please don't let that deter you.

Ramada Inn (http://www.ramadamarquette.com/) is in Marquette and a 3/4 mile walk/jog to Lake Superior.  Ten rooms are available until 7-17 at $92+tax, call 906-228-6000 and tell them you're with the Yooper Looper.  Cancellations are accepted prior to 1600 the day before the reservation.

Please put us on your calendar and preregister.  Preregistration would help eliminate some of IAC-134's first contest jitters.
