The Corvallis Corkscrew is the place to be in 2019! A favorite of west coast pilots, the Corvallis Corkscrew offers an easily accessible airport with a central location bringing competitors from as far away as Canada and Southern California. This contest has been very well attended over the last 3 years with approximately 25-30 pilots each year. Corvallis Municipal Airport (KCVO) enjoys a spacious, well-marked box in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Enjoy scenic views of two mountain ranges all while flying at sea level in comfy Oregon summer weather. Corvallis is wonderful college town with great shopping, restaurants, and micro brew.
