Contest dates are Thursday, November 1st through Saturday, November 3rd.  Registration will be Wednesday, October 31st 

Practice will be Saturday, October 27th  through Wednesday, October 31st.    Box slots will be first come, first serve.  Sign up will be required.  

All power categories will be flown.  Entry fees are as follows:  Unlimited, Advanced, Intermediate and Sporrsman - $150.  Primary - $120.

Hotel reservations can be made at Chateau Elan 863-655-6252.  Inn on the Lakes 863-471-9400.  Quality Inn 863-385-4500.  Book your room early and be sure to mention "IAC 23" to get the best price.  

Hangar space is limited.  Please let us know if you will need a hangar and for how many nights.  

Wednesday night IAC 23 will host a Welcome Cocktail Party at the FBO/ramp.  There will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres, (ok. there's gonna be food!  I don't know how to spell that word !!) beer, and wine.

Friday night will feature a ramp party.  Entertainment to be determined. $15 per person to include BBQ, beer and wine.

Saturday night will be our awards banquet dinner at the Chateau Elan Hotel.  Bozo award will be given out.  It could be you!!  We may have a "Jimmy Buffett Style"  band with dancing, bring your significant other.  It will be fun!!  Still a work in progress....

Rule Deviations
Affected Rule(s): 5.1 Competition Flight Programs, and 5.1.4 addtional flight programs
1. Have the Advanced and Unlimited categories fly "Unknowns only". No Knowns and no Frees. Only Unknowns. If a competitor has not flown the Known in any other contest during the 2017 contest season and wishes to participate that individual would have to safely fly the current Known before a National Judge at Sebring in the days leading up to the contest.

2. Request we would hold a standard briefing on the first day of the contest. As usual, have the special briefing for Sportsman and Primary on Friday because we don’t fly them until Friday afternoon thus allowing for late arrivals.
2. a. On the second and third days of the contest, we would hold an abbreviated briefing, so that we might get to the flying a bit quicker. Full briefing would be printed and available for pick up. Competitor reads and signs at the Starters tent. The Starter responsible to collec signed briefing sheets before a competitor would be allowed to fly.
