IAC members voted to adopt the board-proposed correction to the club's By-laws.  Voting ended on April 10.  The tally was 237 in favor, 4 opposed.

Important: As you may have heard, a critical security flaw was recently discovered in commonly-used Internet security software. This software is used by 66% of all secured web sites worldwide, including www.iac.org.
