The IAC welcomes Tim Dahnke as new IAC Executive Director

Tim Dahnke will be joining the IAC team on Monday, March 4 as the new IAC Executive Director.  He will have responsibility over all IAC operations, including managing events such as the IAC presence at AirVenture and the U.S. National Aerobatic Championships. In the role, he will enjoy interacting with the IAC Board of Directors and building support for the IAC membership and IAC chapters while continuing to grow the relationship between IAC and EAA.

Tim is a Wisconsinite. He and his wife Roxy currently reside in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Aviation has always been a part of Tim’s life. He was a manager at the Portage Municipal airport and has been serving in various roles with EAA as a volunteer at AirVenture, along with holding the positions of chapter president, vice president and treasurer for EAA chapters and a Warbird Squadron. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and U.S. Air Force retiree.  He has customer service, management, and trainer experience in the civilian and military arenas.

Most recently, Tim has been employed with EAA as a Chapter
Field Representative. If you are a leader in one of our IAC
chapters you may have interacted with Tim during chapter
renewal or seen some of his communications in Sport Aviation
 magazine or the EAA ChapterGram.
Tim is very excited for this new opportunity of working with IAC!
