Revisions to the 2017 Advanced Power Known

Some issues were identified in the previously-released Advanced Power Known sequence for 2017. A revised version is now available at: https://www.iac.org/files/Sequences/ADVP-KnownV2-2017.pdf

Note that only Figure 7 has changed.
