AirVenture 2005 Aerobatics Schedule of Events Announced

May 31, 2005 – This year’s AirVenture should prove to be an exciting one with the appearance of SpaceShip One/White Knight - the world’s first civilian manned spacecraft to fly beyond the earth’s atmosphere; as well as, the Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer that Steve Fossett successfully piloted on the first nonstop, non-refueled, around-the-world flight. Of course, there will be aircraft displays, vendors and educational opportunities galore and IAC is adding to the wealth of activities available to AirVenture attendees by hosting its own aerobatic workshops, forums and member activities.

    Annual Meeting/Member Reception
You won’t want to miss out on the IAC Annual Meeting and Membership Reception sponsored by Falcon Insurance Agency on Friday, July 29th at 6 p.m. at the Nature Center Tent #1. Election results for the Board of Director race will be announced and the IAC Board of Directors will be the chefs at a good old-fashioned cookout with brats, hamburgers, hotdogs, and beverages. We’ll say our farewell to two-term President Gerry Molidor and welcome in the new Board representatives.
